History of the company

The beginning

The manufacturing, commercial and service enterprise „Inżynieria Sanitarna” Ltd. comes from Katowice institution of “ALL-CON” Ltd. engineering company in Bielsko-Biała, 72 Komorowicka street. Katowice institution was established by Janusz Bartosz, MSc Engineer, a head of institution in July 2000.

The gradual development of designing staff was associated with incoming commissions. In December 2000, there were twelve people employed in the institution and they constituted an independent team of designers “ALL-CON” Ltd. engineering company Katowice institution.

Between the years 2001-2002 Katowice institution prepared many interesting topics concerning the region of Silesia, Basin, Cracow- Czestochowa Jura and Opole Land. (The detailed list of executed projects under the heading “Executed projects 2000-2003”)

Improvements

In every company comes the time for changes. In 2003 the given situation forced new organizational actions. The consequence of these was the decision about a division and establishment of a new, independent company. After the elaboration on the strategy, the partnership contract was written on 25th June 2003. The assembly of partners signed the partnership contract and chose the name of the company that is „Inżynieria Sanitarna” Ltd. and appointed the Board.

In July 2003, “Inżynieria Sanitarna” Ltd. started the organizational period on the premises of Katowice institution in Katowice, 228 Gliwicka street. On 3rd September 2003 in the district court of Katowice Economic Department, the limited liability company was officially registered under the number 0000168678.

The team of designers was taken over and restored and it consisted of people mostly employed previously in Katowice institution.

Since September 2003 “Inżynieria Sanitarna” Ltd. has taken over most of the topics being realized and unfinished by Katowice institution and it received some new commissions. (Detailed list of executed projects under the heading “Executed projects 2003-2005”)

Designing, executive teams and supervision inspectors in the number of 20 people are employed in “Inżynieria Sanitarna” Ltd.. Team of designers can realize every project in architectural, constructional, electric, road and installation branch and prepare technical specifications with investors’ cost calculations for the documentation needs in order to obtain the aid funds. They prepare documents in traditional and electronic versions with the use of own devices. Team of sanitary, constructional and electric inspectors can supervise building works and the executive team can realize building and installation works.

Development and strengthening of the position on the market

As the result of realization of some projects between the years 2003-2007 that were qualified to the Cohesion Fund, our company established new department of technical assistance within the framework of performing the author’s supervision. Investors and the Engineer of Contract can communicate with us very quickly and availability of our staff enables to solve the problems with building constantly, including the change of the documentation.

There are more of us; 25 people with the passion for design

After conducting the periodical interviews in spring and autumn, designers of sewage disposal were employed who created another team of designers. This strengthens the position on the market and enables to obtain other commissions.

During almost six years of attendance on the market, the manufacturing, commercial and service enterprise „Inżynieria Sanitarna” Ltd. has been recognized on the designing market and according to the constant improvement of our services, hundreds of investors have been convinced to the cooperation. “Inżynieria Sanitarna” Ltd. has always tried to be reliable, modern and dynamic company which notices the needs of the market and fulfils the investor’s requirements in terms of level and length of the executed works. At present investors have confidence in us, which is supported by their reference letters confirming our honesty and punctuality in contract performances.

We cooperate with the scientific institutions, such as Technical University of Czestochowa, Sanitary Engineering Department. We are in the course of becoming the member of Polish Chamber of Ecology and Polish Chamber of Building Design.

We are the member of Foundation of Cardio surgery Development in Zabrze.

The future

We will still be improving our qualifications in order to fulfil fully committed commissions. What is more, our main rule is adjusting to your needs by the constant communication.

We are happy to inform that from January 2006 we are realizing the works in own premises of company in Siemianowice Slaskie, 40 Swierczewskiego street. This change makes the system of works more comfortable and is another reliability factor. Since September 2007, we are conducting the detailed talks connected with beginning the cooperation with a foreign party which has a lot of experience in realization of a support for road investments. Its experience will be used while creating another phase, namely designing and technical assistance for new programme of the European Union help- road building. That is why we are hoping for further successful cooperation.
